We could have picked just about any week to name Dyrell Roberts as our HSgametime Athlete of the Week.  He’s consistently that good.  

This week it was 3 touchdowns and 322 yards rushing against Southampton.  For the season he is just 145 yards short of 2,000 yards rushing. 

Given another normal night in the regular season finale and he should be home free.

The Packers will be hosting York High School on Friday night.  In a game earlier this year, Roberts found the endzone seven times.

If you haven’t had a chance to see him play for Smithfield you may still get another chance.  He’s committed to go to Virginia Tech next season.
