With the playoffs about to start in Group AAA we found a running back for a playoff team who deserves this week’s honor. Senior Rick Anthony is our HS Gametime Athlete of the Week. 

Anthony ran for 214 yards in Heritage’s 28-17 win over Gloucester.  He also scored touchdowns from 11 and 8 yards out. 

The Hurricanes are 7-3 and their first playoff game is this Friday against Green Run. It’s the first playoff appearance for Heritage since 2000 when they won the state championship.
