The UIL has announced its reclassification of schools for the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 school years and several Austin area schools are changing classes.

Vista Ridge and Connally are moving from 4A to 5A, with San Marcos moving down from 5A to 4A.

Hutto moves up to 4A while Burnet and Fredericksburg move down from 4A to 3A.

Johnson City moves back up to 2A.
