Top Stories Jungman is all statePitchers Taylor Jungman of Georgetown and Ben Flora of Plano West shared player of the year honors on the Texas Sports Writers Association Class 5A all-state baseball team. Flora, who led Plano West to the state championship, was 13-0 with a 0.91 earned run average. Jungman was 14-0 with an 0.89 ERA. Pitcher Logan Verrett of Corpus Christi Calallen was named player of the year in Class 4A. Pitcher Brent Bollinger of Snyder was named player of the year in Class 3A. Pitcher Trey Haley of Central Heights was player of the year in Class 2A and shortstop Cody Feight of Bosqueville was player of the year in Class A.
