The station uncovered evidence that a star player was ineligible. Yesterday, DISD talked about its findings and officials said they'll be digging even deeper, meaning other titles may be questioned. DISD says decision on South Oak Cliff was 'painful' but necessary The DISD superintendent makes official what a News 8 Investigation revealed. Grade fixing at a local high school will mean the loss of a basketball crown. South Oak Cliff forced to forfeit basketball title South Oak Cliff High School, the perennial high school basketball powerhouse, will have to forfeit its 2006 state basketball championship after a Dallas Independent School District probe.
