On Saturday, fans at Cowboys Stadium watched Euless Trinity's JaVaunte Watie run for 52 yards and a touchdown in a win over Flower Mound. But most of those fans didn't know that after Watie ran past the Jaguars into the end zone, he could've repaired an eagle's wing or diagnosed an elephant's injured leg.
