Wright scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to help Lake Highlands overcome a six-point deficit heading into the final quarter. Jasmine Wright The stats: Besides her 24 points, Wright came up with three steals, four rebounds and one assist in Lake Highlands' only game last week. Who is she: Wright is a 5-8 senior guard who was the District 9-5A co-offensive MVP as a junior. She said it: "I was very frustrated. I don't like sitting on the bench. I felt like I was letting our team down getting those two early fouls. When the second half came, I was hyped. My frame of mind was that I wasn't going to be stopped." Coach said it: "She's very athletic and can score from anywhere on the court. She's very good coming up with steals on our press." – Holly Mulligan Did you know?
