The stats: Nelms' record time was 20.50 seconds. The previous record was 20.75, which he set in November. His 100 butterfly time was 50.14, just short of his personal best (50.03). Who is he? A 6-4, 185-pound senior Coach said it: "Steven's performance was kind of unbelievable. We've been training hard and we didn't expect anyone to set record times in this meet.
