What she did: Baum had one goal and two assists in Saturday's 4-1 victory at Houston St. Agnes in a TAPPS Division I regional playoff. The match was played during the rain, and Baum was heavily marked.

The stats: Baum has seven goals and a team-leading 12 assists. Nolan is 12-4-4 and plays John Paul II of Plano in a TAPPS state semifinal Friday at TCU.

Who is she? Baum is a junior midfielder and a third-year starter.

She said it: "The rain was off and on, and it wasn't anything that I hadn't dealt with before. It was difficult [because of the defense]. My teammates made it a lot easier."
