She said it: On scoring 29 points in the first half Saturday against Coronado: "We were all exhausted before the championship game, and so we rubbed this medicine on my knee. It was burning the fire out of my knee, and I really didn't know what was going on in the first half. But my teammates were cool and they were so encouraging."

Coach said it: "She's spent many hours in the gym shooting the basketball, so when she puts up a shot and makes something – even an NBA three – that doesn't amaze me because I've watched her do it before practice, after practice, during practice.
