Running back Jeremy Davis, who was suspended from Arlington Bowie before the season began, has been reinstated. Coach Kenny Perry said Davis, who rushed for 1,190 yards and 13 touchdowns last season, was permitted to rejoin the team last week after meeting a set of criteria for reinstatement.

Davis was suspended in August for violating team and district rules. He was in uniform Friday as Arlington Bowie (6-0) routed Arlington Sam Houston, 51-0, but did not play.
