The second game we attended Friday night saw action between the "powerhouse" Katy Tigers and “underdog” Cy Woods.

A seventh inning balk by Cy Woods’ pitcher, handed Katy a one run lead which proved to be the game winning run in Katy’s 4-3 victory over the Wildcats.

Katy came out strong in the first inning with a three-run homer off the bat of Jarred Fancher.

Cy Woods jumped back into the game tying it up at three all with help from Micheal Hays and Tyson Heinrick accounting for Cy Woods RBIs.  Katy’s “Ace pitcher” Keafer Nuncio entered the game in a save situation and forced the Wildcats to hit into a double play, closing out the game and getting the save.
