Memorial upset Stratford's homecoming. The Mustang's LB Jarrod Carameros intercepted a pass (3rd play from scrimmage) and took it 40 yds to get things started for Memorial. They win 28-10.

FOOTBALL: South Houston downs Dobie The South Houston Trojans pummeled Dobie Thursday night at Pasadena Memorial Stadium, getting their first district win, 20-7. 
Sharpstown QB Sam Carter coughs up one that led to a TD by Westbury QB Khalum Brewer. The Rebels ran it up after that winning 38-16. Elkins RB Robert Bass goes 90yds to the scoring fest for the Elkins Knights. They win 35-12 raising their record to 3-0. 
North Forest mauls Galena Park The North Forest Bulldogs improved to 3-0 after a 27-7 victory over Galena Park. The game was tied at 7-7 in teh fourth quarter when North Forest's Christian Terry had a 2-yard scoring run. De'Andre Stewart and Joshua Dominique both returned interceptions for touchdowns in the game's final minutes. 
FOOTBALL: Angleton runs all over La Marque Angleton achieved something they hadn’t done since 1989, beating La Marque Monday night at Etheridge Stadium 28-14. 
Willis high school had their homecoming parade and Adrian Longoria was the Grand Marshall of the parade. He suffered a heart attack during a JV football game over a month.

Athlete of the Week: Andy McCloud Andy McCloud opened up Friday’s game against Clear Lake with an 80 yard touchdown bomb and three touchdowns, bursting on the scene as our “Athlete of the Week.” 
FOOTBALL: The Woodlands beats Clear Lake The Woodlands started the game with an 80 yard touchdown and never looked back, beating Clear Lake 31-13.

Neighbors playing neighbors. Elsik facing off against Hastings. These teams looked a bit rusty but once they settled down the Elsik Rams took control as Dontrell Morrison scores from 6 yds out. |
