Theresa Palmgren/KTVB The 2007 High School Football season is in the books and Meridian, Oakley and Salmon River came away with Championships.
In 5A, the Meridian Warriors dominated Capital by a final of 44-14 to capture the school's second title in three years.
In 4A, the Blackfoot Broncos were too much for the Nampa Bulldogs, winning 46-14.
In 3A, it was a battle of unbeatens between the Fruitland Grizzlies and Shelley Russets. Shelley won a close game by the final of 19-13.
In 2A, West Jefferson defeated Orofino 20-8.
And in 1A, Oakley rolled past Troy by a final of 46-12 and Salmon River held off Carey 46-42. |
