GAME OF THE WEEKNorth Star League: Top two play Thursday04:46 PM PST on Friday, February 1, 2008One of the biggest games of the week in Idaho is between two of the smaller schools.
The Clark Fork and Wallace boys go head-to-head on Thursday to help decide the North Star League champion. The Wampus Cats (what a great name) are 4-0 in league play, 9-3 overall. The Miners are 7-0 in North Star games, 11-4 on the year. With five games left, Clark Fork needs to not only beat Wallace, but they'll need to take down Lakeside (Id.) before the end of the year to be crowned. Wallace has a three game head start, with the Cats being the toughest game left on their schedule. Tip-off in Clark Fork is scheduled for 6pm on Thursday. |
