Lake City and Coeur d' Alene really don't care for each other very much on the football field. And both teams have been at the top of the Inland Empire Conference standings for years, with some great matchups during the regular season and in the playoffs. This year, Lake City is still dominating with a 4 and 0 record and the state's top ranking. Coeur d' Alene lost three straight games before a hard fought 24-17 win at Lakeland last week improved their record to 2 and 3. The Vikings may be young, but one thing's for sure-- these teams will get after it on Friday night at Lake City.
