In the District 7/9 championship, Fowles scored 17 points against heavy favorite Northwest Christian.

The two teams had hooked up once during the regular season. The Crusaders walked away with a 42-16 victory.

On Monday, with a trip to the tourney at stake, Lind-Ritzville came to play. Thanks to Fowles impressive performance, the Broncos pulled off the upset snapping NWC's 15 game winning streak and stamping a ticket to Veterans Memorial Arena on February 27th.
