The junior quarterback completed 13 of 18 passes for 260 yards and three touchdowns. He also ran the ball seven times for 43 yards and a touchdown.

The Eagles won the game, 49-7.

Clausen will lead West Valley against Lakeside on Friday. Both teams are 1-0 on the season.
