One week after Lewiston's 26-14 win over Lake City put the Bengals in the playoffs and gave them a chance to host the Timberwolves for a second straight week, Lake City showed it wasn't ready to relinquish the State title.

In a game that was completely different than the regular season game, Lake City dominated in a 32-12 win. Senior fullback/linebacker Jared Heston was one of several stars for the Timberwolves. He recorded a safety for the first two points of the game, and then went to work on offense. Heston ran for 80 yards and two touchdowns. Before the Bengals realized what hit them, it was 32-0 Lake City, and the Timberwolves were on their way to Boise to play Capital in the second round this Friday.
