Day two of the state 2-A and 3-A basketball tournaments saw Mt Spokane's season end in a 50-44 loss to Renton.

All of the G-N-L teams still in the main bracket were eliminated in the quarterfinals. The Ephrata boys did advance to the semifinals with a win over Lynden. They meet Mark Morris on Friday.
