SPOKANE -- If you want to see what could be the strongest high school football team in the Inland Northwest, you might not have to look any further than the South Hill.

The Ferris Saxons are big, aggressive, well-coached, and well, just plain good. Just ask the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups.

The match-up between the two GSL schools at Gonzaga Prep might have been the HSGametime Game of the Week, but it wasn't much of a game.

Ferris used a stauch defense, and oppotunistic offense to take a 16-6 lead into the locker room at halftime, and by the time it was over, the Saxons had poured on another 21 points, while holding the Bullpups to 7.

Final score: Ferris 37, Gonzaga Prep 13.
