Summit claims playoff spot

Junior quarterback Devon Blackmon passed and ran for a touchdown as Fontana Summit defeated Riverside Patriot, 35-12, Thursday night at Rubidoux High School to clinch the last Sunkist League playoff berth.

Blackmon completed 6 of 10 pass attempts for 138 yards and also gained 48 yards on four carries.
