It was our first HSGameTime Game of the Week on the Kentucky side of the river. We traveled to Shawnee High School for their matchup with Atherton.

It was a nip and tuck game throughout until Willie Sweeney came up with a game changing play.

Atherton was driving and was in the red zone when Sweeney intercepted a pass in the end zone and took it all the way back for a 103 yard touchdown, breaking the game wide open.

Shawnee went on to win the game 46-26.
