The Christian Academy Centurions magical run towards a state title came to an end Thursday afternoon. CAL lost to Apollo 12-2 in six innings at the state baseball Tournament in Lexington, KY. The Centurions jumped out to an early 2-zero lead on an RBI single by Andy Wood and a sacrifice by Addison Hobbs. But the Apollo Eagles answered back with 12 unanswered runs including six in the 5^th inning. Luke Daugherty was the star for the Eagles knocking in three runs and going 2-2 at the plate.
