(AP) -- Indiana Miss Basketball Skylar Diggins wasn't about to let a chance for her team to sweep their Kentucky rivals get away. Diggins, from South Bend Washington High, who has signed to play at Notre Dame, scored 29 points, 25 in the second-half, as the Indiana Girls' All-Stars rallied Sunday for an 85-75 win over the Kentucky Girls' All-Stars and a sweep of the annual series. Indiana won 105-75 Saturday in Indianapolis. "This is what we worked all week for," said Diggins, who made eight of 12 shots from the field and had five rebounds in leading the Hoosiers to the comeback victory at Bellarmine University. Indiana trailed 66-63 with 6:37 to play when Diggins scored nine straight points, the last two on a layup with 3:50 to play, giving Indiana a 72-66 lead. Kentucky could get no closer than three points the remainder of the game. Alexandria Bentley from Indianapolis Ben Davis was on the only other Hoosier in double-figures with 12 points. Indiana shot 51.7 percent from the field (30 of 58) including 16 of 27 in the second-half for 59.3 percent. Kentucky's biggest lead of the game was 43-32 at halftime. But Indiana quickly gained control of the game outscoring Kentucky 18-2 for a 53-47 with 11:20 to play. Kentucky, which shot 45.7 percent from the field (21 of 46), was led by Miss Basketball Adia Mathies from Iroquois High with 19 points. Mathies, who has signed to play at the University of Kentucky, made six of 11 shots, had seven rebounds and two assists. Ashley Rainey from Warren East, who has signed with the Univeristy of Louisville, added 18 points and 13 rebounds. Tiara Hopper from Butler added 11 points. "Kentucky came out and took it to us in the first-half," said Indiana coach Stan Benge of Indianapolis Ben Davis. "I don't think it was as much Kentucky letting up as we played a little harder with more intensity. We pressed and did what we were supposed to do in the second half." Kentucky had 14 second-half turnovers and 22 for the game. Indiana leads in the series 38-30 and has won 10 of the last 13. It was the Hoosiers' 13th sweep. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press.
