Southridge High School is the place to be this Friday, as the 8th ranked Skyhawks host 5th ranked Lake Oswego, in what could be one of the more entertaining games of the season.

In zero week, Southridge knocked off Mcminnville 24-0. Lake Oswego escaped with a narrow win against West Salem 29-28.

Junior Jack Lomax takes over at quarterback for the Lakers, following in the footsteps of his brother Nick, who is now at Boise State. For Southridge, it'll be junior Kellen Mastrud behind center.

Newschannel 8's Joe Becker will be on hand Friday, to deliver the game ball, and sample a hot dog or two.
