The Outstanding Player in Division I-South this season, the talented shortstop was a mainstay of both the North Kingstown offense and defense. Named the Rhode Island Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year for his combined athletic and academic achievement, he led North Kingstown in runs scored with 42, home runs with 8 and had on-base percentage with .545. He was second on the team, behind fellow All-Stater Dave D’Errico, in batting average with a .422 mark, RBIs with 33 and extra-base hits with 15.
