The junior averaged 17 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals in 22 minutes per game in helping La Salle first defend its I-North title and then its Division I state championship. An all-tourney selection, Jones contributed eight points and eight rebounds in the Rams' state final victory over Bay View. "Every team needs an individual to go to in 'crunch' time, a player who will want the ball when the game is on the line and accept the challenge.
