A first-team All-Division selection last season, Misiaszek earned All-State honors in his final season of high school competition based on his combined regular-season and tournament performances. He saved his best effort for his final high school competition as he finished second overall, and was the top male, in the state co-ed tournament with a 36-hole total of 150. His one-over 72 at the Cranston Country Club was four strokes better than the second-best score on the final day of the two-day state tournament.
