The Skippers junior sensation not only captured her second consecutive title at the Interscholastic League’s girls state tournament, she posted the second-best stroke among the approximately (500) golfers who participated in the regular-season Interscholastic League co-ed competition. At the 18-hole girls state tournament at the Point Judith Country Club, she fired a four-over 76, which gave her a five-stroke margin of victory over her closest competition. Playing from the women’s tees in the co-ed regular-season competition, she compiled a 36.1 stroke average for nine-hole competition.
