Fogarty is making her third appearance on the All-State first team after producing yet another outstanding season for La Salle. The junior finished second to teammate Meghan Soltys in the all-around at the Midge Palmer Individual Championships with a score of 36.85, winning silver medals on both floor exercise (9.65) and bars (9.15). Fogarty also placed fourth on beam (8.95) and fifth on vault (9.1), in helping the Rams to their sixth straight Division I state championship. Fogarty then took seventh in the all-around in helping La Salle claim second place at the New England Championships.
