Toll Gate only scored 26 goals against Division I opponents during the regular season, but Rinn's performance in the cage kept the Titans in virtually every game. He made 244 saves while only allowing 26 goals in 11 games against Division I opponents. He twice held Mount St. Charles, the undefeated state champion, to tie games with 50- and 43-save performances.
