Hendricken reached the title round of the Division I state tournament for the fourth consecutive year because St. Sauveur's play at defense enabled the Hawks to fill much of the void created by the graduation of an All-State goalie and an All-State defenseman from last year's championship team. He also was the Hawks' fourth leading scorer during the regular season with one goal and 15 assists.
