When La Salle needed a big goal, the Rams looked to O'Donnell, who led the state with 54, including six game-winners. Along with his 38 assists, O'Donnell finished second in points with 92, helping power the Rams to the Division I regular-season title. A second-team All-Stater last season, O'Donnell scored two goals and three assists in La Salle's 13-7 semifinal victory over Portsmouth, and he recorded two goals with one assist in the state championship game against North Kingstown.
