As the only junior to be selected as a U.S. Lacrosse All-American this season, Sternberg notched 21 regular-season goals with 12 assists. He displayed an array of offensive and defensive skills throughout the year and not only helped North Kingstown record 10 regular-season wins, but also helped lead them to the Division I state championship title. Sternberg scored three goals in the state championship game.
