Hope finished third in the team standings at the Rhode Island Interscholastic League Outdoor State Championships, and it was due in part to the Blue Wave’s victory in the 4x400, which the foursome also won at the indoor state meet. After teaming up with Marrow to post a winning time of 3:59.77 at the states, Sherrill, Quiah and DaCruz partnered with Royal Cheatham to finish ninth at the New England Championships with a time of 4:01.00.
