Amassing eight All-State honors, five on the first team, in her high school career, Jusme owned the triple jump this season, first setting the state mark with her leap of 38 feet, 9 inches at the Central Division Championships. She established a new mark (38-9.75) at the Class A Championships two weeks later, then upped it to 39-8.25 en route to capturing gold in the triple jump at the Rhode Island Outdoor State Championships. Co-winner of the Rising Star Award with twin sister Didi, the senior also took first in the long jump with a leap of 18-5.5 and placed third in the 100-meter dash (12.49) in helping Classical to a runner-up team finish. At the New England Championships a week later in Saco, Maine, Jusme placed third in the long jump (17-8.5) and fourth in the triple jump (38-4.5)
