Bulk, who missed the Division II sectional meet because of a medical issue, entered the state tournament as the final seed and won five matches in claiming his championship. Bulk was 26-3 this season, including titles in the Chad Antoch Memorial and Woodstock Academy Invitational, boosting his career record to 82-16.
