Cascade junior Breanne Matson plays fastpitch for the Bruins, but it's at the bowling alley where she really makes her mark.  Breanne Matson is now part of the Sylvan A-Team.

Breanne is an intense competitor.

She also uses her mental game in the classroom where she carries a 3.8 GPA.

And Mattson's hard work has paid off. Three weeks ago she brought home a state championship, taking first in the singles competition.

After high school, Breanne would like to study marketing or education in college. A couple of the nearest schools that have bowling programs are Washington State University and the University of Las Vegas. Several others are on the East Coast.
