SHELTON, Wash. - Marissa Hill is a three-sport star at Shelton: Volleyball, basketball, and for this feature, tennis.  Her accomplishments with the books, and desire to work in a healthcare profession makes Marissa the newest member of the Sylvan A-Team.

Marissa started playing tennis in the 8th grade with a little nudge from her dad.

Marissa has a 3.95 grade point average and has always loved numbers. She plans on using her love of math and science towards a career as a pharmacist.

For now Hill has the memories of high school and the time she has spent with friends in the classroom and on the tennis courts.

Marissa is fourth in her class of 375 students.  She will attend Washington State University in the fall.
