COACH WHO MAKES A DIFFERENCECoach Jon 'Taz' Randall07:08 PM PDT on Saturday, September 13, 2008This weeks cmad is Jon "Taz" Randall. He is in his sixth year as the head football coach at Clover Park High School. He has been there for a total of eight years. He has coached as an assistant at CMR High School in Great Falls Montana under a legendary all time winning high school coach in the state of Montana...a guy named Jack Johnson... Before that he was the defensive coordinator at Nebraska Weslyn University in Lincoln Nebraska. He was a military kid growing up so he was kind of all over the place. He got his undergraduate degree and played football at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. In his time at Clover Park he has seen 24 kids go onto play Major College Football, including the current quarterback at Stanford Tavita Pritchard. Tavita is Samoan for David. He was the guy who led Stanford to the big upset over USC last year.... Teaching the young men at Clover Park how to grow up and become strong men in our society through a more wholeistic approach that includes Physical, Mental and Spiritual.
