KANSAS CITY, Mo. – When the Cowboys play the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium Sunday, receiver Roy Williams and running back Felix Jones will be watching from home. Neither made the trip to Kansas City on Saturday because of injuries. Williams (bruised ribs) will miss his first game since being acquired by the Cowboys from Detroit. Jones will miss his second straight contest because of a knee injury. While Jones' absence is not a surprise, Williams had expressed hope that he could play. However, he did not practice all week, and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Miles Austin. Jones hurt his knee two weeks ago against Carolina and did not play against the Broncos. He is expected to return Oct. 25 against Atlanta. This is the first time Williams will miss a game since a knee injury ended his 2007 season with the Lions with four games to go. Williams has 11 catches for 214 yards and a touchdown. Two injured Dallas Cowboys don't make trip to Kansas City
