The first HSGameTime.com Player of the Week is Ricky Soloman, Tailback for the Sahuaro Cougars. We really start the Player of the Week with a bang thanks to Ricky's outstanding performance. Number 25 rushed for 183 yards and 3 touchdowns, and then returned an interception 98 yds. for another touchdown to clinch the win over Palo Verde.

When asked about his performance, Ricky simply said that he was happy his perfomance helped his team win, and that's what it is all about. We agree with Ricky and think that sentiment is one more reason he is an excellent choice for our Player of the Week.
