While as a whole Southern Arizona schools are struggling against the Phoenix area schools this football season, last week Sunnyside had a dominating performance over Central. Helping Sunnyside beat victory was Senior Running Back/Defensive Back Jovan Stevenson. Jovan ran for 122 yards in 13 carries and 2 touchdowns, but also performed on the defensive with a fumble recovery that he ran in for another touchdown.
